shower tray backing up

got problems with our en suite when you empty bath or run water in the sink it over flows into the shower tray any idea? we have used chemicals and power plumber but nothing works the soil pipe is running ok now it was initially blocked only from the toilets though they dont fill up the shower

This is very simple. Either you have blockage, or the waste pipes weren't installed correctly in the first place.

To determine which of these is the cause means analysing the direction, fall (angle) and diameter of your waste pipework. If you want to do this on the forum then photograps would help, but it might be a lot quicker if you just engaged a competent plumber to diagnose your problem.

the toilet is still blocked it filled up again earlier a had hose down the shower and it might have moved blockage wot do you think?

I think things just got incredibly simple - if the toilet is blocked then you have to find the blockage.

If it's in the WC pan, then you're going to have to remove the pan.

If it's in the underground waste pipe, then you'll have to rod that through.

If it's between the two, i.e. in the soil stack or a branch of it, then how you tackle the problem all depends on your pipe layout.

Find out what the blockage is affecting, and you can start to home in on it.
