I have a damaged shower valve in my, new to me, home.
Two of the tabs on the end of the plastic cog are broken, meaning the temperature handle does not stay on securely.

I can't see any model designation on the fascia.
Anyone recognize the brand?

Or are these plastic cogs potentially generic?

1. They are not generic but maker / model specific.
2. Send the photographs to showerdoc.com and see if they can help.

Hi rubybish, just wondered if you ever found out what the model or brand was - I have what looks like exactly the same fitting / cartridge (pics attached) and am struggling to find out any info.
Cheers
Jason
