i have a phlexiflow shower pump that cuts out after about 10/15 min anyone got any ideas? just bought the house so dont know how old unit is

It could possibly be the thermal cut out switch?
Can you restart the shower shortly after or do you have to wait a while?
The impeller could be sticking, so the motor is straining and causing it to shut down.
Are you able to check to see if the shaft spins freely.

Sorry thought it was a shower pump, didn't realise it was for pumping the waste.
Maybe I should read the title, although some people don't know a spanner from a sparrow. 😏
