Hi there I hope someone can help, I have a galaxy aqua shower and just recently the water power doesn't seem as strong as it was. It still gets warm but not as strong a water flow as before. Is there something in the shower that controls how strong the water is pushed out? Sorry to sound thick

Cheers
Simon

It's a galaxy aqua 2000 and all other tap pressures are fine even the outside tap. Nothing has been altered to do with the water system

It only has a temperature control. It has a cold setting, a low setting for summer showering and a high setting. Then there is the temperature control from 1 to 10

Sounds like you have a pressure drop in the mains supply.
Has it always gone cold when another tap is run ?

Nothing has changed at all. Valve is fully open. Taps are all working as normal. I just thought there may be something in the electric shower which effected the flow of hot water that was passed out of the shower?

It does sound like a pressure drop to your services, rather that a a fault with the shower.
Sometime your provider will drop the water pressure, they never inform you they are doing this, you could call your supply authority and ask the question.

But do make sure there are no blockages or scaling within the shower head, inlet and service pipe to the shower unit.
