Siemens Aquastop Integrated Dishwasher Problem

Hi All,

Sods Law........about to exchange contracts for house move and the dishwasher has packed up.
The drain pump is running continuously even when the door is open.
Tried the following:
Off....count to 10....On
Pressing the 2 button 'reset' routine.
Placed 2" of water in base of washer to try and 'lift' any sticking 'low level' sensor.

Still duff

Grateful for any suggestions.

And another potential headache..... what is our legal position regarding leaving our house buyer with a defective machine after declaring all appliances we are leaving behind are serviceable.

Left the machine powered off overnight and when switching on, the pump had stopped running.
A wash cycle was run but at the end, the pump continues to run again.
Whatever is causing the problem, it appears that what ever is failing is clearing itself overnight.
