Siemens Dishwasher Top Spray Arm Not Turning

I have an issue with this Siemens Dishwasher
SE25M275GB/36

Upper Spray Arm not turning .

Everything is working except for this.

Spray arms are clean and no blockages , manifold clear too

Motor was siezed but i unsiezed it and now it works fine .

any ideas ???

Is it aligning correctly with the outlet on the back of the casing? I'm no expert on dishwashers but I know the upper baskets can move about a bit. Some can be raised or lowered which may mean the arm needs re-aligning.

Just my thoughts.

the water is just slowly trickling through the upper spray arm

It would appear the diverter in the heater box has failed.
