Our old oven would not work without setting clock which was playing up. I just took oven case off and swapped capacitors for high temperature ones, then clock worked fine for two weeks before playing up again. Capacitors dry out with oven heat. I ended up cutting in and out wires to the clock and joining up.
Oven worked for years after.
Have a look at capacitors or swap clock. You could also ignore or bypass it like I did
