Siemens W/M Wont Spin At High Speed

My Siemens WIQ1430 started intermittently spinning & leaving clothes wet. Now wont spin at high speed after a wash cycle or on a spin cycle, clothes now always wet. Any suggestions welcome, baby cant last much longer without clean clothes.

Sounds like there is still water in the outer tub, machine will not spin until the water level has dropped. Is pump/filter clear? Check drain hose for kinks, if possible unhook drain hose, put end of drain hose in the sink, fill washing machine then put it on drain or spin. There should be a strong flow of water as it empties.
