Sikkens over weathershield

Hi,I've got some exterior windows,fascias,gables etc.to do,after thourghly prepping them I was going to use sikkens rubbol primer/uc and Xd gloss as I've used this a few times before and found it good to use.the woodwork has been previously painted in dulux weathershield uc and gloss and during the prep some of timber has gone back to bare but has the green preservative primer on it ,will this be ok to coat over with the sikkens system can anyone tell me .thanks
