Silicone, cable tacks or "weather proof" tape for tidying exterior cable?

Its going to be attaching to lime render painted with limewash.

I would use cable tie knock in clips.
you drill the wall, hammer in a clip and a cable tie secures the cable

about 7 mins in.

Thanks, but i'd rather not drill holes into the fresh render. it appears to have been previously siliconed for years , is there really any draw back to this? I have some clear OB1 I can use too, but its white anyway so silicone should be ok.

I used a hot glue gun on mine .
