Hi i have a SIME ECOMFORT 30 HE BOLIER & at the moment i am havin trouble with it, it wont stay lit, the light on itis green, i have had 3 plumbers out to it of which 2 didnt come back as they told me they would have to do some research about my bolier. The other plumber said it needed some kind of cap that was missing & wanted to charge me £50 for the part & £30 to fit, i did agree to it, but, i went on the sime website & found this part was only £5.65 & not the £50 he wanted to charge me. can someone please help wiv my query? thanks
