Hi everyone

I am having problems with the above boiler. The hot water pressure is very low (its taking ages to fill the bath up)! I have taken advice - "adjuster on diverter valve is in the correct vertical position" "filter on cold water connection is clean and the heater exchange is not blocked.

Pleeeeease can some kind hearted person help me out?????????????

In spite of its name, this is not a very friendly boiler.

If all those items really are correct then the other thing a CORGI would do ( first usually ) is to measure the gas power input on hot water delivery. Should be about 36 kW.

How do you know the pressure is low?
How do other taps perform, hot and cold.
Is the water really hot?

Hi Bengasman

thanks for your response. Its only the hot water taps that have the low pressure, cold taps okay. Yes the water is really hot. I paid 1500 6 years ago for the boiler - was I ripped off then?

Aah, not a pressure problem but lack of flow. Related, though as different as volts and amps.
If really hot like you say, probably a bit too squeezed at the inlet of the boiler.
£1550 was probably about fair IF the installation was done properly, I just really do not like the brand. Small scale, poor design, poor back up.
