Has anyone done one with UKLR? Everything is agreed, but theUKLR website suggests there must be a plan. Anyone clarify this? If so, the only quote I've had is for £400+vat!

£400 sounds like a bargain if any legal issues arrive in future.
A simple, clear, printed line drawing is all you need, with clear reference points which later cannot move.
