Single glazed round window and draft also coming through from spotlight above

Hello, we have a single storey extension and two round single glazed windows (non-opening) on the side. Above each window are recessed spotlights. Our sofa is below one window and we have big drafts coming down our neck from the spotlight. Appears to br from behind the bulb? How can we rectify this? Any ideas really appreciated.
