One of the tiles in my front path has broken, any advice on where I could find a single tile, cut in half to replace it would be gratefully received. I’ve not had any joy looking on the internet

Thanks

try e-bay - getting a dealer to sell half a tile is a non starter.

OP,
You've no need to waste your time mooching around here & there.
Measure a full tile, & go to any local tile shop for a deep red quarry tile - perhaps they will make the diagonal cut for you.
Clean out the position & use a mix of sand & cement to bed the tile in plane with the surrounding tiles.
Over a few months your new tile color shade will blend in with the surrounding tiles.

Surely if the OP uses sand and cement on the existing base, the tile will be higher than the existing tiles?

He did say level with others.

Yeah, I missed that. Apologies to poster #5. If the OP rakes out the old base, won't the new tile move independently of the rest, ie. drop down. Aren't they normally laid on a concrete base?
