Hi All,
I was wondering if you are able to help, we are planning for a rear single storey extension and double side extension and will be typical open plan L shaped on the GF. We have a couple of options on how to divide each of the rooms but will be good to get your thoughts on the below.
GF
1) Separate front seating area that opens up to the open plan access via the openplan.. or keep it completely separated (but maybe quite dark room)
2) Make the new extension area into a study room with separate access or make the extension part of the seating area room?
3) Dining area opposite the kitchen
4) Where to put the other living space area?
5) Ideas for how many bi-folds doors (we not got a big garden but like the idea of natural light)
6) Type of roof light? We having a pitched roof
1ST
1) Make bedroom 1 walk-in wardrobe and the ensuite separated
2) Bedroom 2 make walk-in wardrobe instead of ensuite
All your suggestions are welcomed
We have to keep 800mm away from the boundary as we live next to a landslide
Thank you
