I am going to view a house next week where one or part of the external walls is single skin. I am aware there may be mortgage issues with this, but if we are able to buy it, is there any way to thicken the wall so that it is no longer counted as single skin? am just thinking if we need to sell it on in the future would be better to fix it. taa x
