Hi there,
I'm installing my kitchen and would like to run the washing machine, dishwasher and sink all of a single pair of hot and cold water pipes (both the dishwasher and w/machine only need cold water). I will also need to use a single waste.
Is this possible?
Would it just be a case of running 2 consecutive Y joints off the cold pipe?

The waste stand pipe is also 1m from the sink (down by the w/machine)...will this be a problem?

Cheers, Chris

You shouldnt have any problems feeding the machines, as the machines will take water by volume not time & the chances are its mains pressure anyway.
Re the waste if you intend to discharge the waste ito the one downpipe this could give a problem. Would it be possible to discharge one waste into the sink trap?

Hi, thanks. I actually only have a single waste exit pipe for all three (sink, d/wahser and w/machine).
Whatv sort of fitting would be best to split the incoming water supply into 3?

I would use a T for each then put a valve on that. This will let you isolate individually.
