Hello. The trap has failed and ruined the cabinet and doors. I'll attach a picture. It leaks from the top where I've undone it. It seems there's nothing stopping everything slipping down. Is there a fix that doesn't include replacing everything? Cheers

Replace it ,your looks to have been bodged . The trap connection to the waste fitting of the sink has been altered and the union joint removed.

Thanks. Do you know what it's called that I need to ask for? I've tried googling "triple sink trap". Without getting anywhere.

Oh my, what a setup. Those flexi's are not ideal. That's a more unusual 2 1/2 bowl sink. That's comes with it's own bespoke waste trap setup.

You may just get away with getting an adjustable height trap and then use the waste extending piece cut to size for that centre connection but difficult without checking what size that centre fitting is. Alternatively, scrap all that and give each sink it's own trap and then connect into the outlfow separately, available height may be the issue there though. Could use HepVo or similar on the 2 outside to overcome that though.

That's one of those - I'd really like to be onsite and have a good look at it - ones

Ok thanks gents. Ill see what's for sale locally. It's a fluke or lasted so long.
I've noticed the joint that leaks only has an o ring. I thought it would have a plastic ring too.

Depends on what joint is leaking? I took it that it was leaking at the connection to the sink waste? If so and it's a flange type shoulder that sits inside the waste then it would only have a ring seal, if its a flat surface then it would have a larger flat round washer. I find the former (Mcalpine) to be far superior.

A plastic thrust washer and conical seal only tends to be used at the compression connection @ the body of the trap (outlet end in the pic below)

It is the bit at the very top. But if flange shoulder is what I think it is (a ring around the pipe stopping it from slipping downward) then that is missing.
