V9 fault - SIREN WIRLS SUPERVN F1. Bell and sensors all new batteries. Will an upgrade kit from V9 to V11 pcb board fix the issue? Or faulty Siren module? Thanks in advance.

I would be looking at the bell module first ….do the lights come on the pcb in the bellbox when you plug in new batteries ?

Hi yes it definitely was working after new batteries.
Also, twice someone been out n checked everything F1 Sirens cleared. Yet fault came back same day.
Do you think worth upgrading pcb to V11?
Or get a whole new system?

I would take the bell module out and bring it next to the control panel ( you could unplug the sounder and close the tamper switch with a zip tie ….see if you still get the supervision fault as it may be something blocking the signal to the bellbox …if this is the case replacing any parts is a waste of time untill you find out what is blocking it ..,

Have you tried deleting and then relearning the siren to the panel?

Had this a few times after changing the battery and the above always fixed it.
