never tried it...
I cant ice skate nor roller skate so I dont hold out much hope for me being able to ski.
Looks good fun though.
Did you not have a hip lask of something to lessen the pain of any falls???

Sounds about right, did you go to the gym before hand?

Where'd you go? I last went in Andorra, sh1t hole town (Pas de la casa) but great skiing:cool:
French alps is my favourite , but I'd love to go to America skiing, fewer language problems and more food!

toffee- never had anything to break my fall - just snow and hands (invested in a wrist guard). We were lucky that they had 1.2m of snow the day before we arrived!

Eddie - I never went to gym - my mother and girlfriend did but I didn't think it would be so painful - wrong!

Dell - went to Andorra - Soldeu - 2 down from pas de la cas. Not too bad - they are more geared up for tourism now and are improving. Pubs were expensive tho. We skied over to pas de la cas the one day from soldeu and went on the slopes there - very tiring. Looking to go to Morzine/Avoriaz over xmas/new year. Just need to invest in a snowboard now! I will have to ask Santa nicely!

toffee - no didint have flask - someone told me not to drink and ski!
Dis - where did you go?

I was introduced to Skiing a couple of years ago when a friend dropped out of a trip at the last minute and i took his place.

Before that it never even crossed my mind and it ended up being one of the best holidays ive ever had!

Im hoping to persuade the Misses to join me next year so i can lose her somewhere on Mount Blanc!
