Sky router and CCTV port forwarding

Any got any advice on how to make the router keep the port forwarding data in on a permanent basis.

Just every time it goes offline and is rebooted all the rules setup just seem to have disappeared.

Its no fun putting them back in every few weeks, any ideas.

My dads system, advised him to get broadband from somewhere else as sky just havent been helpful at all.

You may have answered your own question, apart from did you save the changes made in the router ?
