Sky +

Hello all,
My sky + unit seems to be locking itself up, when it does this I have to unplug the unit from the mains for 5 minuets then it will work again.
This seems to be an intermittent problem & happens at irregular intervals.
Anybody know why this could be happening or is there an inherent problem with the sky + units/system, sky themselves are not to helpful with any inquiries thus far.

It does more or less happen on all boxes but is normally pretty infrequent (a few times a year).

If your box is under guarantee, you could try and get it replaced.
