Hi,
House aged about 1920, slate roof, externally the roof is in good condition. Part of the loft has previously been converted to a bedroom. prior to my purchasing the house. An extension off the loft has no insulation between the rafters. I intend to use Kingspan K7 100mm, I informed Kingspan of the type of roof and the fact that there is no sarking, they said this would not be a problem. My only problem is that much of the plaster/cement on the underside of the tiles has either fallen off or is about to fall off. I would like to replace/repair it before I fit the Kingspan can anyone tell me what mix I should use. Should I put PVA on before I apply the mix
Thanks
