My Paragon living flame fire was serviced 6 months ago. At that time the slider control was stuck in the off position and could not be pushed down in order to ignite the fire. This was repaired. A few weeks ago this happened again but I discovered that if I waited 5 minutes and tried again it could be pushed down easily. Now the slider control will not move down at all even after waiting 5 minutes. It is completely immovable. That part would appear to be mechanical. Any assistance would be appreciated.
