Sliding Wardrobe Doors Jumping

Hello

I inherited a whole sliding door wardrobe from a friend in the family.
However ever since it was installed the doors are jumping and do not run smoothly.

It uses "Stanley 17-4264Y-000 " is it just a matter of replacing the wheels on these?

Little blue ‘flag’ drops into track and rotates 90 degrees to lock in place preventing it jumping off the track.
