we are selling house and there has been reported slight ponding on survey 2mm deep and a couple of puddles the size of paving slabs. I had a thread yesterday about cost but buyers wanted to know if the roof is in good condition etc.
If I ask for a roofer to come and look which I have surely they will say X y or z and give me a quote instead of oh the roof should be ok for another 12 months . as the will want business and to make money .
