Slipping Rug

Hi All

I have a 120cm FLOATING rug in my dining room. This thing drives me mad. I bought this rug from IKEA last year when I had new carpet fitted. I bought a mesh like underlay for this purpose but it doesn't work.

Is there anything I can do to stop rug floating about. It moves to one direction only. Positive feedback will be greatly appreciated.

It is fllowing with the pile of the carpet - nails are about the only thing I know of.
