I'm in a market for a small table saw, but specifically induction motor powered.
Why ? Universal/brushed motors drive me nuts.
My measure of noise is my Luna 250s miter saw, which is direct drive and induction, when idle is whisper quiet, but powerful while cutting, also has a brake, aaaand cost very cheap when i bought it new... (you wouldnt think saw this quiet can be this cheap, 130quid in 2010ish).
Also, our massive sliding panel saws in the shop are quieter than a regular "quiet" small diy saws.
So, here's the question - are there any induction motor powered jobsite/small shop sized table saws out there (that cost sane money)?
(no, i dont care about "quiet" blades)
