We have a room in our house where the ceiling slopes with the roof.
We get high winds and rain here and for sometime I have noticed the plaster is slightly damp. Using a damp meter I traced the damp to a point about 18" up the sloping section of the ceiling. See photo...
If the damp starts where I have circled, is that a sign of damaged roof felt? Is that a relatively easy thing for a roofer to fix?
