Smart Meter, Blue Gas, Yellow Electric on TV

The TV advert where "electric" puts "gas" in the micro wave and blows him apart.

Does it irritate anyone ? Because it really annoys me.

Sadistic behaviour, does it do anything for the image of smart metering.

It probably would irritate me, too. Nearly everything does.

As for the last line - ??? Has smart metering got an image, let alone a good one?

It seems entirely appropriate for smart meters.

Not really necessary.
No benefit to the consumer.
No one would pay for it if they had a choice.

Waiting for the satirical version of that cartoon showing a OAP freezing to death in their home due the energy company shutting off their meter remotely for not keeping up with energy payments. Candles and **** stained hot water bottles is a reality for some people and you never hear about them because they die alone and the only human contact they get is from debt collectors

I thought gas was in yellow pipes, water in blue and red for electricity.

So Leccy should be red and Gaz yellow.

Bernard don't even go there! If humans can put their own babies in microwave, cats would be the least thing to some evil minded persons. I am sure I read a news article where a young mother placed her child in a ......... horrible!
