I have recently bought and installed this Smeg DI6012-1 SI Integrated Dishwasher. I noticed immediately after I removed the packaging etc that the opening door tension was very high. Much higher that any other dishwasher I have ever owned or used.
The instructions show an adjustment screw on the left and right hand side down close to the feet but also state that this is optional depending on model. This dishwasher does not have the adjustment screws shown and I cannot find any way of reducing the tension on the door.
Does anyone out there have any idea how to do this before something finally gives in the door.
