SMEG DISHWASHER DOOR DOESNT CLOSE

Hi All

I have a SMEG dishwasher. It was working all fine. Yesterday after loading the dishes, when i tried to close the door, I could not close it.
Even after removing all the dishes out of the dish washer, i am unable to close the door.
There is no error code lights too...!
Could someone help me...??
