SMEG Dishwasher stopping mid-cycle - but no error code

Hi there,

I have a freestanding Smeg DF612 Dishwasher.

Whichever programme I choose it prematurely ends after approximately 15mins. When it does this the lights on the front display go out so there is no error code.

The filters are clean, but I'm a bit stumped as to what I can do.

If anyone can shed any light on this or has any suggestions I would be very grateful.

Is the machine still on when it finishes early. Is it finishing the programme early or power cutting out?

All the lights go out including the one over the on button so I guess that means all the power cuts.

But it comes back on again without resetting consumer fuses, changing plug fuse etc...
Comes on again straight away?

1st thing to check is the socket, move plug to a different outlet. What else is plugged in and on, using the same ring main?

Check plug and wiring to dishwasher.

Check dishwasher on/off switch.

Next check the dishwasher pcb board.
