SMEG Oven Fan Oven not working Normal mode works fine

I have a SMEG fan oven. When I select either fan oven or fan grill it does not heat up. When I select a normal oven and normal grill it works fine.

Does anybody know what part to change as seeing as it works normally then this does not suggest that the heating element has gone.
