SMEG SA8605x Dishwasher end lights flashing wont program

Hi , I have a SMEG SA8605x Dishwasher giving me troubles.
I had a technitian tell me I needed a new PC Board.
I got a new board and swapped it out in the machine.
The machine appeared to go through a startup routine, I was able to do one test cycle.
Now the machine sits with the end two lights flashing (light 4 and 5) and accepts no response from the program or start button????
The half cycle button appears to not activate or deactivate.

I have seen the thread on reseting the unit by holding door open and pressing program 4 times but that has not worked for me yet.....

Any Ideas..... Help is much appreciated.
