smelly washer/taps and blocking drains

I have a number of problems at the moment and I dont know if they are linked.

First my upstairs bath water that comes out of the taps smells of sewage, not all the time but a couple of times a week.

Second my washing machine in the kitchen smells of swegage when in use. I bought a brand new washer incase it was my old one but the new one is now smelling bad.

The next problem is my outside sewage drain blocks up every 3 months and I have to have it unblocked by Dynorod. They have said that they cant find anything wrong with the pipe and dont know whats causing it.

Blockage in manhole with the smell coming up when water is being used.

Check all man holes and run washing machine on hottest wash/full cycle/empty.
