Easy enough to find out. Pull the washer away from the wall and then lean in back against the wall. Check underneath the washer (with a flashlight and mirror if nessasary). You will be a able to see both belts from here. Before you replace them or one make sure the pulleys turn freely. If one of them is jammed you will only cook the new belt up again.
