SMR 01/16 DRIPPING TAP

Hi Folks

I have a dripping cold water tap - I removed the valve and it has a ceramic disc valve.

Engraved on the side of it is SMR 01/16

If I google this I get metric valves returned in the search, but they seem to have different dimensions, and I'm concerned that I might order one that doesn't fit.

Can anyone please confirm the correct valve that I need to purchase to replace this valve?

Probably better to take to local merchants who should have a measuring guide.
