In todays Manions House speach Rishi has said that its unlikely we will be getting an equivalence deal with the EU for Financial Services.

He said we now need to chase business in China. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

So all you Tory supporers on here it's time you swallowed that bitter pill and started waving the Chinese Flag.

The same China the UK Government condemns over their actions in Hong Kong and treatment of Uighurs.

So this is the same China we don't trust to build our 5G networks. But we are asking them to finance our Nuclear plants and we are sending our aircraft carriers to send a warning.

Isn't the EU working on a deal with china aswell?

They are the worlds largest economy.

You got to give it to the Chinese aswell, whilst they sat watching the rest of the world imploding, they devised a plan to quietly become a super power, and make almost the entire world extremely dependant on them and their infrastructure.

Chinese have been ruddy clever.

They also don't give a flying frig about the world either.

One of the world's largest trading partners, USA or EU, has a chance of negotiating with China on equal terms.

Obviously, a relatively weak and small nation will be lucky to pick up crumbs.

Nope. Not by a long shot.

What you need to understand is that the Chinese have not forgotten UK exploitation and opium wars - the Chinese call their subjugation "the century of humiliation".

Chine rise was due to neo liberal econimcs, Thatcherism and Reagonomics that came into power in the late 70s. China could not have grown the way it has if there wasn't a western economic ideology underpinning this all.
