Hi,

Any tips on the cutting for this socket? The tile is a 100x300 metro style and the plan is to go brick pattern 3 tiles deep.

Cheers

Your tile has a bit of a bevel, so your socket face plate will not sit very flush. - it is what it is. just remember after cutting and fitting the tile, you probably have to buy longer screws, as the ones supplied with the socket, are probably to short

I cut most of the tiles with a good diamond blade in a little angle grinder, which gives you very good control over your cut

Unless the tiles have a very pronounced bevel intruding into the flat face area of the tile, you should be able to sit the socket centred vertically and horizontally on one tile without crossing any joins and thus get a good seal between the faceplate and the tile.
