soffit vents

Can someone tell me please, do the soffit vents you purchase just fit into a holw you drill or do they screw in.

I'm thinking of buying a hole cutter and some soffit vents. The vents are circular and are 75mm in diameter.

Do i cut a 75mm holw or smaller ?
would the vents just push in or would i screw them in.

Also can anyone recommend me a place I can purchase them from on-line or would B&Q stock such an item.

They just push in and held with lugs on the side providing you use the correct size drill bit.

The soffit vent are available in black, white or brown.
