Situation is a flat with an enclosed and difficult to get to soil stack, with 32mm bathroom basin and 40mm (solvent weld) kitchen sink waste pipework draining into the stack from either side on push fits, and bath from the front on what looks like it might be a 50mm push fit. Pipework will be c30 years old, and the soil system looks like it might be Marley from the bits I can see of it in the loft above.
Whilst kitchen and bath are out during refurb, and access will be slightly easier, I was planning on replacing the seals just as a precaution, as I will be ripping out the old pipes and replacing those.
From the little I can see of mine, they look as if they might be internal O ring seals like this current Marley item (as opposed to the common type described as "boss adapters" which just shove into the end of the boss pipe).

Are these replaceable and if so, where from?
Thanks!
