Soil pipe drain connection leaking

Hi
I have a leak coming from the 40mm drain pipe connection to the soil pipe. I have removed the pipe and the seal around the inside of the connection is deformed and out of place.
Is it possible to replace the seal on these? Any help would be appreciated.
