Soil pipe from loft bathroom horizontally out of pitched roof

Hi,

I am looking to install a bathroom in my loft, and the easiest rout to connecting the toilet to existing soil pipe is by horizontally through the pitched roof (roof has no soffits). Have searched the internet and not seen it done, is this possible? say by using below but rotating for pipe to pass through the roof horizontally rather than vertically.
