soil stack under kitchen floor for cloakroom toilet Help Needed

Hi @Hugh Jaleak @Madrab

so update.. I went to dog out the trench so I could put the internal pipe in and have hit an old cast iron pipe which must of been the reason the grey pipe was not put in deeper.

if I bring a pipe out here I will have the same problem and it won't be needed deep enough.

I have another inspection chamber which is 2 metres to the left of the grey soil stack.

this seems to be the soil connection for both my neighbours and my kitchen sink drains into it as well.

could I get someone (with the water company's permission) to break into this chamber instead. This way I will break out internally further to the left away from the grey soil stack and away from that cast iron pipe.

I have my floor being leveled and fitting in 2 weeks so desperately just need to get the internal channel sorted and then I will cap off and get a grounds man in early next year to sort the rest.

any advice will be really appreciated

(Hope this all makes sense )

What is the cast iron for, is it connected to anything, running from that gulley? Might be an idea to excavate around it to see where it's heading, as we can't see it in the pics. It may be run downwards and connect into the clay drain that then runs into the original chamber. Can't remember but is the grey soil stack a toilet outlet?

Oh BTW as an aside - you should have a cage over that flue terminal for the boiler @ that height and the plume nozzle should be pointed upwards, so the condensate can run backwards into the boiler.
