Hi, pipe fiends. Putting in new bathroom. My toilet, not yet bought, has side fixed soil pipe and will be backing on to new stud wall, not yet built. New bath will run parallel to outside wall, with new toilet forming corner of room. Is it better to run soil pipe under sloping bath end (haven't yet found suitable bath that will allow me to do this), or should I run soil pipe within new stud wall, the other side of which there is a bedroom? Any thoughts flowing on this would be most welcome.

Ideally shortest distance possible. If the pipe has the correct falls and is no greater than the maximum length for it's dia. I see no issues.
