Hi a friend has asked me if I can plumb in his solid fuel fire into his excisting boiler so he can use either, he has a oil fired boiler but the price of oil has made him turn to solid fuel. I am going to see the job soon, have´nt done this type of work before , any tips on what to look out for. I know his current boiler will come on when called for by the timer or stats, But a solid fuel ?????, any advise from anyone would be helpful.
