I have literally gutted my 1st floor en suite (new build house) and intend to turn it into a wetroom. The 110mm soil pipe and waste pipes are all solvent welded.
Can someone inform me as to whether I can safely break these joints (ie spray that dissolves or loosens the joints). Or do I have no choice but to make a saw cut at a sensible place and then make my new connections.
One difficult area I want to change (if I decide to go for a corner wall frame with wall hung WC) is to get at the SVP within the floor joists, change the T branch to one that is probably push fit and at the right angle to receive the WC pan waste.
