Some advice please

I have a 2001 3 door fiat punto (1.2 8v),

Its due for a full service and mot soon and is also recommended by the manufacture to replace the cambelt. I was hoping someone could tell me whether they could suggest a rough figure on what to expect to pay for all of this work. As I don’t want to get mugged by a local garage by just saying yes to any price, because I have no idea how much it should cost, if you get my drift. If someone has any idea what a decent estimate for a job like that would be at a garage i would be grateful to hear form you.
